Although not cast in stone, and perhaps too early to venture into speculation over the direction the judgment in the matter of NHE Chief Executive Officer, Vinson Hailulu, against the ACC, its director Paulus Noa, the National Union of Namibian Workers and the Windhoek Magistrate's Court will take, it does seem to raise issues concerning the powers of the ACC.
